Well, that didn't last long. It appears that the version of svn on the
server is just too damn old and that to get anywhere I will have to
build svn and upgrade it. That's really more than I'm up for just now.
Let's see if we really have an immediate need for a Cog VM and also if a
new server is an option anytime in the nearish future.
