Just read it, and wow, it's great I think! (Yeah, a bit outdated, from
1997, but doesn't matter)
It is a bit general (originally written for VisualWorks) but it covers
most of the important techniques (at least I think so ;))
and you can use almost everything you read 1:1 in squeak.
On the other hand, it forces you to have basic Smalltalk experience (not
all the basics are covered)
