[Newbies] Getting rid of Holders

This is probably the most basic question, but I cannot find the answer 
on Google or the Squeak wiki...

How do you get rid of Holders, Playfields, and Books off the main 
Playfield?  Every time I put one on the Playfield, it locks in place and 
I can't do anything with it.
