neither has it, in the squeakland image is only the platform independent 
image.

the plugin is in the squeak-vm package

http://www.impara.de/~jens/ubuntu/squeak-vm_3.7.7-6_i386.deb

it is the normal ubuntu package from the multiverse + the patch which 
fixes the plugin bug.
