[Newbies] Fighting again with MC

Still with the same problem :(

The class giving me problems is InciGestApp, a WebApplication children. 
But, IncigestApp is under Aida category, under InciGest package. All 
seems ok.

I uploaded a DebugReport if someone can take a look.
