[Newbies] GraphViz doesn't load in squeak-dev image?

Dear Friendly Place,

I downloaded an image, changes, and source from

ftp://ftp.ofset.org/squeak/squeak-dev

and started Squeak with the 3.0 VM that comes with the Squeak download on

www.squeak.org

In squeak-dev, I go to Welcome/optionalPackages (in the Script Manager). 
Next I select the package and version for GraphViz and press the install 
button and nothing happens.

Then I open up a basic universe browser from the World menu and navigate 
to the GraphViz package. When I try to install it, it first loads 
assorted prerequisites. And then it stalls at the actual load of 
GraphViz with the attached error messages.

Am I missing something?
