[Newbies] characters like tilde, etc.

Hi!

I need to know how to configure Squeak (vm 3.10.x) to obtain spanish
characters like: á, í, ú, etc.
I have Squeak configured to Spanish language, and characters like "ñ"
works fine, but the tilde "accent" doesn't work.

My OS platform is openSUSE 11.0 (GNU/Linux).
