[Newbies] Problem inputing the '^' character on abnt2 keyboard

Hi Enrico,

Look at:
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/OLPC_Brasil_Keyboard

The ascii circumflex needs to be doubly shifted. The regular shift gets you the dead key for adding the circumflex to the next letter. The double shift (Alt gr, the alt key on the right, along with regular shift gets the ascii character.) Maybe you could assign an unused function key to that.

I do not have a Brazilian keyboard so this is all a thought experiment. Let me know if it actually works.

Yours in curiosity and service, --Jerome Peace
