[Newbies] how Can I regiter In squeaksource?

Hello, Friend!
   I am learning smalltalk using squeak, Now use a tutorial excmaple
SBE-Quinto, it's a little game wirtten by smalltalk.
   Using the Monticello browser is powerfule, but I found squeaksource
cannot register, is it so? any body can give some hints? thanks first:)
