As far as this one is concerned I've found some information in draft
chapters of Pharo book (thank you Pharo people for describing it).
That's what I've got:
Monticello ~ SVN
Metacello ~ dpkg
Squeaksource ~ Debian repository

Is Squeakmap deprecated?
