Problems installing 4.2 All-in-One
(1)When I start squeak 4.2 I get this CodeLoader(Object)>>error, content did not load. --------
(2) I also get this the next startup: "Unable to save changes" and the following -
content\Resources\Squeak4.2-10966.changes     --TH--
