[Newbies] Installing squeak and such?

Ok i've started to try and learn squeak so maybe i can help with open
cobalt and such. But i'm a little lost in trying to learn it.... when
following Lawson(one of the devs for the project) youtube vids i've
gotten stuck on the CroquetOpenGL part, and squeak by example seems
very confusing when trying to use the all-in-one package...so is there
a proper guide on how to set it up so that i can start learning it?
and some better book as well would be nice....
