Can you please verify that the downloaded file is not corrupted in the
downloading process?
$ shasum -a 256 Squeak-4.5-All-in-One.zip
60bfa0c35b33f4e58283dc3a336f95c8177c0c7fbd54b9a171a5a36cd7d13cad Squeak-4.5-All-in-One.zip
This file extracts without error and runs without error here
on OSX 10.9.
