[Newbies] Squeak by example image

Yep, that's where I got it! :-)  I did not realize Cuis was his also. 
It is on my long todo list, as is modern Squeak and Pharo.  The fact
Squeak ran on OS/2 was my original reason for looking into it, so I was
pretty happy to see those two images would run on the OS/2 version. 
I'm not exactly sure what will come of the class I am teaching, but I
hope to take the class onto newer Squeak eventually.

Believe it or not, OS/2 is still around.  I am going to be demoing the
Squeak book images on OS/2 at a small conference next month.
