Hmm... Either there's a double subscription, or the interaction with
bellsouth.net and box2 results in box2 thinking that the mail didn't
go through.

I suspect that the latter might be the first thing we want to
research, because with a double subscription the timestamps of the
deliveries would be closer to each other. I've CC'ed the box admins,
because I am a bit busy at the moment, maybe one of them can go
through the mail logs before I get a chance.
