New account squeaknews

[Ken Causey]

I've setup a new account on box2 called squeaknews for the use of
Giovanni Corriga and the news team for the development of a Smallwiki
system for news and the generation of the Weekly Squeak.  In time this
may merge with the www.squeak.org image and the website team, but for
now development is going to occur seperately.
