[Box-Admins] Michael Rueger has been given access to the website account to be able to add updates to the update stream

At Marcus' and Michael's request I have added Michael's public ssh key
to the website authorized_keys list allowing him access to the website
account on squeak.org and therefore access to the FTP site so that he
can make changes to the update stream.
