'or' I suppose.  I've received no complaints as of yet and I see no
strong reason to put this stale, rarely used site back up.  I did make a
copy of the 2 voter lists as of the end of the month as well in the
usual form so I have that information as it stood at that time.

I can take care of it easily enough.  I just need to coordinate with you
to be sure I don't delete a valid message.  It's no rush at this point
as long as you are watching the moderation requests that come in looking
for valid messages (granted not very likely).  Just catch me at some
point on IRC when you are confident there is nothing sitting in the
queue that should be accepted.
