Well, as you predicted it did go down again.  I looked around and found
nothing obvious in the logs but my eye was drawn to PHP/mod-fastcgi used
for Mantis and I decided to restart those processes as well as Apache
and the services have now been up for somewhat longer than before, so
I'm hopeful.
