Excuse me?  I'm confused.  This sounds like some sort of 'final warning'
but it's the first I've seen of any complaints.

Also there is no information in this complaint at all, no explanation as
to what sort of 'abuse' has been alleged.

I logged into the Hetzner 'Robot' system and I don't see any
requests/tickets of any kind there.

So I have no idea what this is about.
