[Box-Admins] Sudo has been setup on the community server

It has been suggested multiple times and after years of just not
getting around to it I have finally setup sudo on the community server
and, unless a problem turns up, that will be the way forward for doing
superuser tasks.

I have sent emails to everyone that I have setup new accounts for on
the server and given sudo rights.  If you have not received an email
and think you should have, let me know.
