[Box-Admins] Mantis admin

I have no particular opinion one way or the other.  If you as a SOB
member feel Frank deserves the access then I have no reason to disagree.

I found Frank already set as a Manager for the entire site.  Did you
just do that or has that been there for a while?  I don't think that is
the correct way to do this.  I set him back to reporter for the site as
a whole but made him a Manager for the Squeak project.

Frank, I believe you should be able to change settings for the Squeak
project now.  Please take a look and see if you can do what you need to
do.  If not let me know and I will try again.  If you want to chat with
me on Skype I'm kencausey or on request I can do a Google hangout or
whatever (klcausey at gmail.com).
