It appears we are on an internal AT&T block list, ATTRBL.  I've yet to
find a way to actually query that block list for more information.  I
filled in and submitted a form which itappears should aid in getting
us removed, although it was not entirely clear.

As I learn more I will reply.  And if anyone else has any info or
ideas please speak up.
