Well, I'm not hopeful...

It seems the form I filled in simply generated an email that looks like
I sent the email myself.  The email was sent to a sig.int hostname. (?) 
The message was sent back to me with the error message indicating that
an internal file on the mail server was 'too large'.

But maybe this wasn't the only email generated and it was also sent
elsewhere.
