I guess the last 2 line should be

       ProxyPass / http://127.0.0.1:8080/
       ProxyPassReverse / http://127.0.0.1:8080/

And there should be a proxy section here. Something like this:

         <Proxy *>
                 Order deny,allow
                 Allow from all
         </Proxy>
