Softlayer and Gandi are free for a year, after which neither will make
any further commitment.  If somehow neither of those works out, I'd
like to friendly remind that we have (had?) the offer from Elizabeth
Campbell which was $520 annually, **ad infinitum**, which is enough to
cover 87% the cost of Hetzner and.. heck, I'm sure we could find the
rest from SFC and contributors.
