[Box-Admins] box4 apache or sudo request

I thought you just wanted to test out running it on Box4, not actually
deploy it. I'm not ready to install a web server yet. I'm actually not
planning to install Apache but instead probably nginx. But I'm still in
the process of evaluating that and making sure that is not going to be
problematic. Can you wait a while longer for that step?
Also, regarding a 'proper' hostname, making changes to the squeak.org
domain is quite easy and I would prefer that once we are ready for that
you not use another domain name and add confusion. In the past while
evaluating a new website and testing it out we have used new.squeak.org
and we can use that again, or something else if you prefer.
