[Box-Admins] New Jenkins users

Hi,

Edgar De Cleene's volunteered to run a build slave, either on a Linux
machine or a Mac mini.

To that end I've added him as a Jenkins user. I don't know if there
are any particular restrictions to place on new folk joining, or what.
I'm just mentioning now so that fellow admins are aware of a possible
issue, particularly if we are flooded by volunteers keen to burn their
clock cycles testing things. Hey, it might happen!
