[Box-Admins] enable logging for http://ftp.squeak.org

Dear all, 

I enabled access logging for http://ftp.squeak.org to help 
debug the issue Dale Henrichs (and others) stumbled upon[1].
Excerpt from ~/Log:

In an attempt to debug connection errors people (eg, me or Dale Henrichs) encountered,
I enabled Apaches access logging for the site ftp.squeak.org (which ad not been done
before). Akin to Squeaksource and wiki, the logs are in

  /home/ftp/apachelogs
