[Box-Admins] Someone has registered on squeaksource.com with a wide character in their name

Hi All,

As the subject says, squeaksource.com's web interface has become unusable 
again.
I'm not familiar with the code, but I suppose changing the encoding from 
iso-8859-1 to utf-8 would fix the problem.
