[Box-Admins] Squeak Server state of the Union or Hold Your Horses but Not Too Long

I think the community has learned that free servers always become more trouble than their worth. 
Therefore, the clearest path forward is to get two boxes at Hetzner, cut services and raise money. 
Some details are vexing (whose name is the server in? which services get cut? where is the money coming from?).
But I’d be surprised if there were a more clear path forward.
