[Box-Admins] F'up: No Microsoft whatsoever. (was: Reported deliverability problem to Outlook.com SRX1399256910ID)

They'll keep blocking the IP address until you join those two programs.
Joining those programs requires you to have a Microsoft Account. I don't 
have such, and I don't plan to set one up either, so I guess we'll just 
not deliver emails to those domains until we move the services to another 
host.
