The Squeak4.6-15118.zip file seems to have gone missing some
time in the last couple of weeks. It was definitely there after
Fabio installed it a couple of weeks ago, but when I look at
http://files.squeak.org/4.6/ it's not there any more.

Maybe a Halloween zombie attack last week?

Hi Dave,

Not yet sure what's happened, but the file system seems to be
read-only for some reason:
scp: /var/www/files.squeak.org/4.6/Squeak4.6-15118.zip: Read-only file system

Hopefully someone with root permission can explain what's going on.

As Tobias mentioned, the file system had errors. I hopefully fixed it. The 
server had to be restarted though.
