[Box-Admins] Help needed to add a file to http://files.squeak.org/4.6/

Hi Dave,

Not yet sure what's happened, but the file system seems to be
read-only for some reason:
scp: /var/www/files.squeak.org/4.6/Squeak4.6-15118.zip: Read-only file system

Hopefully someone with root permission can explain what's going on.
