I submitted a support ticket to Hetzner about the issue of being unable<br>
to "delegate" the right to do support requests. Their answer, while it<br>
seems helpful on the surface, reiterates the problem:<br>

Support - Hetzner Online AG wrote at 02:19 (EST):<br>

So, it doesn't seem to be a way to create an account that can't control<br>
billing, creating of new servers, etc. that can also submit support<br>
requests. :-/<br>

Maybe I asked the question wrong, though. Does any of you, perhaps who<br>
uses Hetzner more often, know the answer?<br>
