Whoops, I had a regression. I forward ported the oldest code and it
seems to work. Chris, would you verify you issue is resolve dwith the
following packages loaded?
* Name: CryptographyRandom-rabbt.26
* Name: CryptographyRandomTests-rabbt.3
Or you could load one of:

* /*ProCrypto.release.3*/
