<p>I forgot to mention what I had planned to say. I will be
splitting off of all packages a test package, so
CryptographyRandomTests, for instance. So there is a full set of
parallel Tests packages and I will link the dependencies the same,
so if you do:</p>

project: 'Cryptography'<br>
install: 'CryptographyX509';<br>
install: 'CryptographyX509Tests'.<br>

Then all Cryptography*** code packages will be loaded and all
Cryptography***Tests test packages will be loaded.</p>

number (v1.1.1) and so I was trying to drum up some
interest in college programs in encryption.</p>
