[Elections] Now it is febrary

Hi fellas!

Let me just say I am still worried. ;)

What is the current status? Are the dates we (the board) set forth in
our posting
(http://lists.squeakfoundation.org/pipermail/squeak-dev/2006-January/099
064.html) still valid?

We wrote this:

"The candidates should be ready by 2006-02-15, the new board starts at
2006-02-21 (overlapping old board) and the old board officially leaves
office at 2006-03-01. This makes it easy to hand off duties etc."

Sidenote: The above seemed a reasonable "as late as possible" compromise
of our original "no-matter-what-date" of 2006-02-15.
