[Elections] voters list

  Hello,

  I'm the contact person of a stake holder community, and have several
email addresses of people who are interested in voting.

  Who should I send the mail addresses to?  If it is the members of
elections team, who are they?  I couldn't figure it out exactly by
googling.  (Of course, the last thing I want to do is send it to a
public mailing list.)
