OK, crud.  Fat fingers strike once again.  I meant to save a draft,
not send.... Sigh.  Sorry about that.

That middle sentence should be "I am very strongly biased towards
using a low-tech solution for the upcoming election."

I'll send a more in-depth post out tonight when I get home from work.
