[Elections] Election Run Off

All,

 

Looking closer at the results of the election it appears that if we had only
6 positions we would have been left with a tie.  Do you think that if we are
using concordant next year that we should use Runoff instead.  In this case
it would have picked a winner for us, instead of leaving us with a tie.
