[Etoys] [BUG]DebugHandle has same color as background

Hi Karl,

Yes, I could add border to the debug handle. But here is the reason;

The debug handles is only appeared in "out of the box" theme, not
childrens' mode.

The reason why I decided to remove all borders with handles is to suit
olpc's design convention. And I felt the border was unnecessary if the
icon was large enough. The menu icon keeps the border because it is
better to distinguish against the background, and I wanted to use same
icon as menu bottons in the viwer. But I didn't want to make further
exception because the background could be any color.
Please test it in "cambridge mode" in world menu - appearance - choose theme ...
