[Etoys] Make object halo icons appear on mouse over, after some time delay.

Have you thought of making objects halo icons appear on mouse-hover, after
some delay? This would take away the need to use right-click so much (for
moving objects around it's very awkward to right-click and drag), and also
make them self-discoverable for kids.
