There was no good reason for the World to be deprived of a "scripting  
category" -- just an oversight, I think.

So this is now reported as TRAC ticket 7183: 'Offer "scripting"  
category in world's viewer'.

And it's now fixed by etoys3.0 update 2006worldScriptingCat-sw.
