[etoys-dev] download page file stamps

For now, dev for squeakland is on local machines.  As soon as we  
migrate squeakland.org to our production server (luna, not skylab),  
the shared dev site will be test.squeakland.org (named like all our  
other test websites).

squeakland.org has been living on skylab (our test box) because it's  
using the unreleased new version of the storymill engine, whereas all  
our other sites (on luna) are using the old storymill version.
