[etoys-dev] what determines dimensions of screen grab?

Hi all,

Just uploaded a bunch of project screen grab GIFs to the website ...  
tried to be consistent (always "scale to fit", etc).

The thumbnails vary in size:

http://squeakland.org/showcase/byRegion/

What determines the dimensions of a screen grab?   Would it be  
possible, useful, to specify a set size?
