    You need to allocate enough time and annouce plan to people.
    Things go like this:

    1) POT merged to pootle   <---- We are here now
    2) People notice strings available for translation
    3) People enter translations and commit them when they have time
    4) You do build
    5) Test
    6) Release

    Usually 2)-3) takes >1week because of community based nature.
    When is due date for 3) if you stick to final release of Oct21?
