[etoys-dev] web chat & logging bot is down

Hi everyone,

Web chat and our logging bot "waverly" is down ... I suspect freenode  
blocked the server last night, not sure why.  I had a few extra  
waverly's running around that time (I was fixing a bug), so maybe  
that's it.

Or it could be abuse through the web chat (only works for #etoys, and  
didn't see anyone new).

I sent a request to unblock.
