It looks like the PO was uploaded but not committed:

uploaded: http://translate.sugarlabs.org/fr/etoys/etoys.po
committed: http://dev.laptop.org/git/projects/etoys/plain/po/fr/etoys.po

I cannot do this, the language admin for French Etoys needs to press  
the Commit button on the Pootle website. I don't know who that is, and  
I could not find a list. CC'ing everyone related ...
