Excellent. Taking a first look at it, browsing from a Squeak trunk
image and looking at the new source.squeak.org/etoys repository,
I see two things that account for a lot of the apparent differences:

1) Underscores. Running Bert's FixUnderscores on the packages in
the Etoys image will make a large part of the "differences" between
the Etoys image and Squeak trunk go away immediately.

2) Package categories. Some things in Squeak trunk have been moved
from one package name to another for various reasons. In Monticello,
this looks like things gone missing from one package and appearing
in another.

p.s. I renamed all the "EToys" and "eToys" package names in Squeak
trunk to use the perferred "Etoys" spelling.
